the first strawberry from our garden!!! we also planted broccoli, peas, zuchinni, tomatoes, bell peppers, and carrie's cilantro!! i am so excited about our garden.
here are some more pictures from our adventures with the lambournes! Please note the people in the wagon with the blue eyeballs. that is what sat at the entrance to the awesome/crazy petting zoo that we went to. there was also a horse with matching blue eyes...seriously, why would anyone go the strip when you could go to bonnie springs!!??

She was reading us some memorial day poetry as we raised the flag...:) poetry written by her i might add that was quite impressive! Kate, you pics are cute. i'm excited about your strawberry!
It's our Memorial Day tradition! We read the "Raising of the Flag" poem then we each said something we loved about our country. Sweet strawberry, Kate!
